I began working with Steve about two months ago.  During my initial consultation with Steve, I mentioned to him that my primary goal was to have more energy during the day so I could do more of the things I wanted to do.  I also wanted to get stronger to help alleviate pain I had been experiencing from a surgically repaired torn ACL and meniscus in my right knee.  I hoped that Steve would be able to help me with these issues and give me a stronger body.

Steve has tailored my workouts to first strengthen the weak areas, but each of our sessions is also a full-body workout designed to get my body back in balance.  Steve also helps me to monitor everything I eat and then advises me on how I can improve my diet to maximize my energy during the day.

Steve is a real pleasure to work with.  He makes exercise enjoyable.  The exercises vary from   Sweek to week so they don't get boring and the intensity increases each week as I get stronger.  He also motivates me to supplement our workouts with strengh training exercise and walking on my own.  (Susan photo, above left)
