Read what one of my Clients has to say:
“Steve Loder has been my personal trainer for over three years and I can recommend him highly.
“I came to Steve in July, 2005 to see how much he could help my seriously ailing back with muscle strengthening exercises. I was also hoping that this would help my performance in
race walking, which I had taken up four months before.”
“My back is much better and I won a race walking race in my age group in October, 2005, seven months after beginning the sport.”
“Steve is personable with a good sense of humor and a remarkable ability to relate to his clients. He listens and hears what his students say. In brief, dealing with Steve is a pleasant experience.”
“Steve is a very knowledgeable trainer who understands both the needs of the “hurt” and the needs of those who want to be competitive. For strengthening, he has a huge repertoire of exercise and this variety means that exercise is interesting and not a boring routine.
He knows how to motivate (May I say inspire?) his students and therefore good efforts are really a reward and a satisfaction to the student.”
“Finally, when asked hard, specific questions, he thinks and gives serious, well-thought out answers. I wholeheartedly recommend Steve.”
