Secrets for a Tight Tush - 5 Steps to a Fabulous Rear in 15 Minutes :  The SQUAT is among the best exercises you can add to your workouts for maximum lift and toning. Ladies, 1. keep the resistance moderate, 2. Lower slowly and feel the stretch through your buttocks and upper hamstring muscles and finally, 3. SQUEEZE these muscles tight (but don't completely lock-out your knees) and hold for a count of 5 seconds when you re-assume the start position. Repeat for 1-3 sets of 12-15 reps.
